Many cultures barrel-aged beer from Czech Republic
Our story
Located in the lovely town of Unhošť, just outside of Prague, we are using an antique 150 years old Czech lager cellars of a defunct traditional brewery to barrel age our beer for at least two years before presenting it to you.
We ferment our beer with myriad of different cultures. All beers have an element of the traditional spontaneous fermentation. Traveling across the globe catching the local micro-flora and bringing this unique global element back to our brewery is an activity peculiar to Marek, our head brewer.
Established in 2018, with utmost respect to our planet and the beer itself, we use almost exclusively organic ingredients from suppliers we trust and respect. Any product is only as good as the sum of its parts.

The summer of 2019 was peculiar. As a heatwave advanced through the region of Moravia, these organic hand-picked apricots ripened astonishingly quickly, producing a lot of sweetness, yet keeping most of their sourness. This beer is a bottled timestamp of that unusual summer.
